Nugen Studio
A RAG-based educational chatbot, from user research to shipped front end.
Nugen Studio is an educational chatbot built on retrieval-augmented generation. Beyond the model work, this was an end-to-end product effort: I analyzed 20+ web apps, translated that into a custom front end in Figma and React, and ran 30+ user interviews plus 20 product tests to shape the experience.
Two years of work (2022 to 2024) that taught me how much of “AI product” is actually product.
