hello, world
After much procrastination, I rebuilt this site, gave it a proper domain, and decided it was finally time to coalesce my thoughts into short notes.
I work on post-training at Oumi, and my research time goes into making LLMs reliable: grounding, citation quality, and knowing when a model should refuse. A lot of what I learn day to day never makes it into papers. Training recipes that worked, the many that didn’t, evaluation gotchas.
After hours, I like to bake bread. There, I also do a lot of experimentation with flour and water ratios, and the notes I keep on those are scattered on scraps of paper all over my kitchen. I see my life as a series of experiments, and I plan to keep the notes on it here. Welcome to field notes. I am excited for you to join me on this journey!
